Candy crush saga won't open, on iPad air, it just crashes,
this is second day now, I can't connect via Facebook either

I have not done any updates or purchased anything
the last time this happened I was told to uninstall this, and I lost everything and had to start from the very beginning again! This is why I know my user ID
please don't tell me to do this as I don't want to start all over again

It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot, then close all apps that automatically starts up after reboot, to see if it solves the issue.

Huh???? What a load of BULL..... I have been playing candy crush on this iPad for months, and it has crashed maybe three times in that time, one time I reinstalled candy crush, and lost everything, and was reset to the very start level.... So NO I won't be doing that again, and the last few times, I just didn't play for a few days ... very frustrating, I couldn't play it, because once you get hooked this game is so addictive, but it just came back by itself, I am gradually weaning myself off of this game so I can wait till it fixes or I just won't play it anymore ... I am not bothered - but I can tell you right now I won't be buying a new iPad, just so I can play candy crush, my iPad is in perfect working order thanks
