I completed level 83o but can't do Mystery Quest

I completed level830 and cant do the mysteryquest. I'vetried loggingout of wifi and loggingvack in but nothing. I had the sameproblemwith the last level and had t5wait 71 hours and Ilostall of my boosters. Has the rules and process changed.?

I never received a response to my question the last time I reached out.
