Why are there no timed sweets descending on Level 1817 candy crush on iPad?

On level 1817 Candy Crush, playing on iPad, there are no timed sweets descending therefore making it impossible to complete

This needs fixing

I'm sure this issue was address in a recent game update.

Go to the app store and check for a update and then the level should be different.
