Boosters not showing

I haven't been able to access the iTunes Store from my iPad for about a week. Earlier this week I purchased bars on my iPhone and they transferred to my iPad. Last night I purchased the 15.99 bundle on my iPhone and expected the whole purchase to transfer to my iPad. When I checked only the bars showed - no boosters or 6 hours unlimited lives.

Additionally a globe thing showed up in the left hand corner and when I click on it the game crashes.

Let me know what I need to do.

I received a message that they are going to refund my account. I get an error message saying "cannot connect to the iTunes Store"

Nothing transfers technically, gold bars and progress will always show up whenever you connect to your account on whatever device as they get synced to FB or Kingdom. Boosters and messages on the other hand are locally stored so that they can be used without playing online so don't get synced. The items you got will be available on your iPhone to use.

What's happening anyway when trying to go to the iTunes Store, are you getting some kind of error?

Might be an idea to go through the suggested troubleshooting steps on your iPad and see if that changes anything: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-ios

Chocolate box error
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
Add for extra moves
I am not receiving add for extra moves plz resolve my issue as soon as possible
