Frozen prize screen somewhere between level 1330 - 1350. Help!

Frozen prize screen (IOS10.1.1) somewhere between level 1330 - 1350. Help! Have re-set phone; checked app updates etc. There is a screen with a daft purple while, various prizes and a shell with the "Claim Prize" button/link completely frozen. I will NOT re-load game and lose all progress as that is unacceptable after all this time! Please help.
