Candy Crush Saga - synching

I play Candy Crush Saga on my laptop and also on my iPhone. Progress I make on my laptop syncs to my iPhone. But progress I make on my iPhone does not sync to my laptop. I am signed in through Facebook on each. The same is true if I play on my Kindle Fire. Progress there will also not sync to my laptop. What can I do about this? It is very frustrating, particularly when I complete a difficult level on my phone. Help . . .

Follow the steps as these will help to synchronize your game. Remember also that some times the newer levels don't appear on mobile until a few weeks after Facebook so this might be why the game doesn't sync.
