I send an email to the King people that the apps for their games crash on my tablet. They send me a ticket # back and direct me here which offers no guidance. Can anyone help?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
