I have a new IPhone 7 and went to the App Store to download the candy crush app but it does not load. I've tried several different moves in regards to clearing data but nothing works. Can I get some suggestions?

Do you mean the game won't open up or that it's failing to install? Do you get some kind of message or anything at all?
