I have purchased a product (10x Gold Bars package) in Microsoft Store while playing Candy Crush Saga Game, for instant access to next level of the game instead of waiting for 72 hours to move on to next level.
However, Amount got debited from account and the product not been received.
When I contact Microsoft Support for the refund, they suggested me to mail to you.
Kindly look into it and support me either to get the refund or ensure the product is been delivered.
