Hi, my neighbour is struggling with connecting to cc on her Kindle. it keeps saying store connection failure. Amazon AppStore. all her boosters have disappeared too, over 400 of them. she is very upset and I can't help. I've forced stop and cleared data. she is on facebook and can play OK on her laptop. please help

My Kindle is still stalling and crashing. I get a message for the appstore that it isn't responding or that Candy Crush isn't responding. It's amazing to me that the things all you suggest to do have been done and that doesn't fix the problem. This problem has been going off and on for quite some time. One day it might work fine and the very next I get on it is moving slower than snail's pace and then crashes.I would recommend for her to run through the steps here.
