Progress lost on iPad

My Candy Crush app was crashing and after restarting my iPad all the progress was lost and I am back at level 1 instead of being around level 540. I didn't have the account linked to a Facebook account or an email address. How can I get my progress back? Thank you

Hi,

I tried to shift to new phone using Facebook"save" but instead I lost your progress and was shifted to level 1. Further I have tried email login but when I tried , I learnt I wasn't using any email. I have just registered with your website. Please help me, I was on level 1071 , episode 72 was finished recently.
