I cann't connect to facebook to play candy crush soda or saga

Every time I click on connect it close the game

N.B 

1- I play candy crush soda or saga on my laptop from bluestacks application 

2- I have unistalled the game and installed it again still not working

3- at first I thaught the problem from the bluestacks application and I uninstalled it and put it again but still not working and I have sent an email to the bluestacks support and we have tried everything but still not working so they told me to contact you

I play on a Dell laptop using Windows 10. However, I don´t play their games as Windows 10 apps.

Instead, I use https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html as a browser and I literally can play all their games both on Facebook and King.com.

Give that a try and see how it goes. Make sure you remain closed other tabs and programs.

I didn't understand because I already have chromeon my computer and i don't knowhow to play android games on my computer that is why i have bluestacks application
