Is anyone else having trouble getting technical support on candy crush saga?

My candy crush would not load. it took three weeks for me to get help with my problem. it took each day 24 hours for a response. got connected to a rude complaint department person and come to find out they have their own complaint dept. so nothing ever gets resolved when a complaint is made. Just want to know if i am the only one out there who had a problem.

If you're playing on a Window 10 PC just download the game app directly from the Windows Store directly. Much better than playing through a browser.

i have played this game non-stop for several days. At the end of passing a level, it would show the leaders boards and I was at least 30,000 ahead of 2nd place and it was ending in 5 hrs.
