Why is candy crush not working

Why are you not actively doing anything to sort out the problems with candy crush. It will not work and keeps putting me back to level one. Not good enough really especially when you expect people to buy boosters etc what's the point if you are loosing what you've purchased!!! Been going on far too long now. Sort it out!!!!!
