for the second time in two weeks, all my boosters are gone! This is getting ridiculous! I've lost over 300 boosters - give them back!

How did you manage to collect 300 Boosters in 2 weeks?! You might want to have a read of this: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091
They will only replace items which have been purchased.
