Too many adverse issues since upgrade a couple of months ago. Upgrade Caused device to crash necessitating complete system reinstall. All king games became wonky and would crash (especially if I was winning). Now NO king games will load. Game starts to load then crashes. Bought and paid for some items, lost them all. Can't play any of the games now. Have plenty of space, everything up to date since I was forced to reinstall system. WTH!!!??? Seems to me that King doesn't respond to questions but wants users to "know" the answer. I don't spend my coins with the users. I 'd appreciate some customer service directly from King!
Same here, spent a lot of money over the years on the various games I play, now I'm being told the updated games are not compatible with I pads etc, o let desktop, said I could try clearing games turning device on and off a few times a day etc, but still not working,
