I have updated to Candy Crush Saga Version 1.89.0.10 on my Sony Xperia Z3. A few weeks later, I noticed that certain part of my phone has lost its touch-screen sensitivity, somewhere in the middle section of the screen. Then a few days later, the 3 navigation button at the bottom of the my phone screen also no longer respond to touch. Then I switch my phone to Z3 Compact which was in working condition. After playing a few rounds of Candy Crush Saga Version 1.89.0.10 on the Z3 Compact, I encountered the same problem. The middle section of my phone screen is no longer sensitive to touch and the bottom 3 navigation buttons are also not sensitive. Sometime, when I have a music application running, then when I choose to play Candy Crush Saga, my music app will automatically stop. Why? Your advice pl. Thank you.
Hi Rerr- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing some problems with your device. It appears that this model of mobile can experience problems with the sensitivity of the screen. I would advise you to contact your mobile provider to see if they can assist you with this.
I hope you can have things running smoothly again soon, so that you can enjoy crushing those Candies :-)
Have a sweet week!
