Why do you keep loweing moves on levels????

I just started liking this game again and you went and lowered 2153 from 50 to 27 moves???  Please answer why you do this.  And answer--don't mark this as duplicate, but answer Honestly!!!  And don't say it was too easy because if it was I would be already done with it (having tried several times with the 50 moves and being unsuccessful), and I would not be asking this question!

From my understanding there's only so much testing which can be done before levels are released. Once they do finally release levels they start getting info on pass rates and how the level is doing. With that info do further balancing, it's just how it works. Not to forget it's also the same vice versa tbf, there have been quite a few occasions where levels were far too difficult and have changed to be made easier.
