Do you receive a reply when you submit questions through the app, or just a ticket number?

I have submitted 3 issues online. I receive ticket #s, but never help.  It has been over 2 weeks since I submitted the first ticket and there has been nothing in terms of an actual response. 

I first contacted King because I was enrolled in a competition, which disappeared hours before the competition. I was in the lead, and then it was gone, along with all other limited time activities with my game.  I saw numerous others also had this issue on the forums and were being compensated for the error, but I never received a reply. It was frustrating because I had focused my weekend game play toward the competition. These don't come up often for me either, this was the first i'd seen and was disappointed to miss the opportunity...

The second issue I submitted was a tech issue about specific level.

And the 3rd and probably most frustrating, was that I was signed in through my facebook account, my phone restarted, and i lost all boosters and gold right after the thanksgiving weekend when there were a number of opportunities to earn boosters.  All boosters and the gold reset to zero, but the game saved my progress in terms of level, c-booster collection progress, and quests i had completed. It appeared they were stripped, vs the system loosing my progress. i had a pretty accurate recollection of the quantities lost, but had not had them replaced to my account or any reply. 

Do you have to submit through the web page, vs the ask a question on the app to receive assistance?  Or is there something you have to do with your ticket number to get a reply?  Any help would be appreciated!
