3 Problems

1) The owl has disappeared when the game is loaded as an app on Windows 10.

2) On ipad the game just crashes all the while. I have the latest version of the app

3) Level 2157 is practically impossible. There is no way you can do it in 24 moves and it just wasting bonuses trying to do it. Laughably it's not even signalled as a hard level.

Solutions please ...

Hello again, all these problems were fixed at some point. The owl returned to the app, level 2157 was made easier so it was acknowledged the level was practically impossible, and we got a message apologizing for crashing problems on the ipad and it all worked again.However it seems to have gone wrong again. The app crashes at the end of the game on ipad and the owl has disappeared again from the app on both windows 10 and ipad! Could someone get in touch with King to resolve these issues again. thanks ....

First up, I can only give you information here as I don't work for King. I'm just a community member.

Whilst I agree about Dreamworld, its still a feature in the game so if it's been removed then it suggests that it's a change thats affecting a lot of players as I've seen various comments here.

problem #1 - I'm not sure that you understood my question as the link you have given is not relevant to it. The owl is not a new feature that is available to a select group of players, it is a whole trail that has been there for years. I can see it in Facebook on the pc, I can see it on the iPad app (before it crashes) but it has gone missing on the Windows 10 app. It was there about a month ago, but has just disappeared.

problem #2 - i have an ipad mini 1. it is not on the list so i assume it crashes because you no longer support it. the ipad mini 1 was the latest version only 3 years ago. It is not as though it is 20 years old. I think it is appalling that you no longer support a device that is only 3 years old (if my assumption is correct) Are you expecting me to buy a new ipad every 3 years to play the game? We are living in times of austerity. Very unhappy with this as are a few other people i know who are having this issue. Could you reconsider supporting this device please?

problem #3 - watching someone getting an unfeasible amount of luck on a youtube video really isn't going to help. and in the youtube video the person playing has 50 moves! i only have 24. 24 is not feasible. try it and see. Could you please increase it to 40 or 50 to make it realistic to pass without spending a lot of money on a huge array of bonuses?
