This question is not a duplicate of roadblocks, please help instead of marking my question as a duplicate again. I am still unable to connect to facebook or send or receive ANY requests from friends, not just roadblocks. Please help, I sent my facebook ID in my original question. I still need help. Marking my question as a duplicate when it has nothing to do with the original question does not help anyone.

    Hi Megs!

    I suggest you do a re-installation of the game.

    1) Make sure you have Candy Crush connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars. Your boosters and messages will get lost when re-installing so please take that into consideration)

    2) Un-install the app

    3) Reboot your phone or tablet

    4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Google Play and click on 'install'

    5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.

    6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars.

    Thank you for your quick answer! I just have another question....what about my boosters on my mobile device? I took a screenshot of some of the boosters I have now, which includes candy bombs, striped and wrapped, Swedish fish, etc. I didn't want to reinstall the game if that would cause me to lose all my boosters. Is it possible for me to reinstall and be able to keep these boosters? Also, when I click the connect to facebook button, it says 'connecting to facebook' for a few seconds, then a message comes up that says 'unable to connect to facebook, please try again later.' Is there something more technical within my game that is causing this?
