Just switched iPhones from 6s plus to 7 plus and I lost all progress on candy crush. Please help.

I was on level 1244 on candy crush but I switched iPhones from 6s plus to 7 plus. I lost all progress and now I'm back to level one. I switched iPhones before and I easily continued on the level from where I left. Please help.
