Lost candy crush progress

Level 1

Today I had to upgrade my phone. Tonight when I went to play candy crush all my progress was gone! I was in the mid 250s levels. Is there any way to get my progress back?? My old phone is gone so that's not an option.

    How did you save your progress on your old phone. Facebook/Kingdom? Just reconnect to this account from the app home screen on your new phone.

    Well honestly, I have no idea! I would play the game, close it, come back and it was always on the level i had gotten to before closing. I only have one email address which is what is asked for when trying to sign into the Kingdom and it tells me there is no account associated with my email. I really don't want to start all the way back at the beginning!

    Open the app and go to the settings in the bottom left. If you then click on the orange Kingdom symbol you can input this email and your progress should return.

    This doesn't work! I tried that the first day I discovered my progress was lost and it told me the email address was not connected to any Kingdom account. I finally have given up and started over at level 1. Very disappointed! I had completed almost 260 levels at the time of my phone upgrade.

    Hallo Same problem  to me.  After a handy  update, my candy crush progress was Reisetermin from 1500 to 1. Login wichtig mail not possible  (Account doesent exist).

    Login wird Facebook also dident Workshop.
