Reverted back to level 1 when I updated app on Iphone 6

Hi - my iphone 6 just reverted back to level 1 when I updated the candy crush in the app store. I have logged out of facebook, logged back in, uninstalled facebook, reinstalled facebook. Nothing. I noticed the app when I went to log a message seemed to think my email address is jm... My email address for facebook is meg...Maybe that is the problem? But I cannot find a way to fix the email address on candy crush

Please help me since I am on level 2126 which you can see from my facebook page. HELP!

I've seen this happen to a lot of iOS users and this generally solves it: go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should sign you into that account.

I followed what you said and still no luck - Any other suggestions? I am still showing level 2 (because I played level 1 to see whether it would kick it into gear) but on Facebook via my computer I am on level 2126

Level 18813 bonus not assigned !
I passed level 18813 by spending 10 gold bars. I was supposed to receive the 'Train' bonus along with a Birthday booster and two others for 20 minutes. Although I completed the level, the bonuses were not credited to my account. Could you please check this? Thanks!

Do I need a new friend link? The one I have used to work. Now when you click on it and open in Candy Crush Saga it has a connection problem.
Duplicate pin purchase
Twice I have used my duplicate pins to buy chest and both times I did not receive my rewards.
Bug report ( level 9606)
I’m stuck on Level 9606 because the Candy Frogs required to complete the level are not loading. It looks like a system or download issue, and I’m not sure when or how the frogs are supposed to appear. Plz fix this issue and download them asap so I can win and pass this level! thank you :)
