Lost my boosters again. This the 2nd time within a 2 week period.

Last time you gave me 200 gold bars, can you do that again? Also my Kindle is crashing repeatedly when I play CC but it works fine for other apps.  If I bought a new kindle could I continue at my current level or would I have to start the game over? Thank you.

Hi Lani,

Regarding your boosters being lost, I would email King Care through the game, on your home page click on your settings and choose "contact us". There you will have the option to choose from rewards or purchases not received etc. You will get help from a King care rep to be able to look into your account.

On your 2nd question, no, you should not lose your progress as long as you have saved the game by logging in through facebook or the kingdom. Just know that your boosters and lives won't be transferred over.
