I cant get cherries to move once they drop down to base of game board - how does one win at this level?

Pay attention to what's in the lower half of the board. I'd suggest reading the wiki page, it's not a simple as getting them down to the bottom in this one: http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_1374
