I am not able to load the candy crush saga game.

the games does not load. I am on level 300 and have never had a problem until 3 weeks ago. It loads to play button and as soon as you hit play, all goes blank and back to home screen. It is very frustrating and do not know what to do to fix problem. I downloaded candy crush jelly thinking it would work. It does the same thing.
