Random loss of progress

Level 1

Every once in a while, I lose all my boosters at random. This doesn't bother me much since I play often enough to win them back and don't use them much anyway. But today was the third time I've randomly lost progress on the app. I hadn't updated or done anything different. I played level 1864 at the start of my lunch break, closed the app, ate my lunch, and opened the app to see I now had the pleasure of trying to beat level 1834. Again. I have screenshots to prove that I've beaten levels beyond 1834 because I had a feeling it was bound to happen again. After over three years of playing, I'm about ready to delete the app and quit the game entirely.

    Hi seashmore,

    I understand your issue regarding the boosters but are you also saying that you are not moving up a level once you win the level? If so can you attach the screenshot? Click on the middle icon in the upper left corner (where you type your answer) of this inquiry do so.

    As far as the boosters go, if you clear data or uninstall and reinstall the game, they will be lost. But you said you weren't doing anything different. So take a look at this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear even though it won't get your boosters back at least it can help you understand it a little better. I'm sorry that you keep losing boosters. I would also suggest to email King Care team through the game, they will be able to look into your account and maybe give you a better explanation than I have. Go to your homepage of the game, click on your settings and then scroll down to "contact us" . There are specific options to choose such as losing boosters or not receiving rewards, other, etc. They are very good at getting back to you in a timely manner.  Hope this helps you!

    I sent an email request through Google play, since I only play/access the game via my Android app (and there are no options to ask any questions there). They gave me a ticket number snd said that I'll hear from someone soon.
