Odus keeps disappearing

I can play dreamworls on two devices, but later on the same day, I go back to play the game and the owl has disappeared. I have to uninstall and reninstall the game to get the owl back. The owl still appears on my facebook version of the game, but not on my two I-phones that are linked to FB. Once I re-install the game I loose all my boosters.

I have two I-phones and they both have plenty of memory, I am on level 420 in dreamworld and have been playing it on both devices all along ok. I can still access Dreamworld on my pc through facebookStrange one that, do you know how much free available memory you have?
