I received an email from King saying they saw I was having problems trying to play Candy Crush and

when do I get a reply from King how long until it is fixed??  I want to play Candy Crush but it continues to kick me out every time!!!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game I have emptied my cache and restarted my machine to no avail.
