how do i restore my candy crush level without using facebook as it wont give me an option for email

my candy crush app won't show an email log in option and when I log in via facebook its only showing levels I did years back. I was on level 516 is there any way I can restore that level as I have downloaded a new Candy crush when the last one froze.
