I'm on level 1389 for a month & it says get 2000 points well I had over 4250 & still won't pass me? Very annoying to get what you are suppose to but still not passing you to next level. Getting old really fast.

Did you take a screenshot or anything of this so it can be checked? If you get over the target score but sill considered failed, best thing to do is grab a screenshot.
