lost progress when I tried to sync the phone to facebook

I tried to connect to facebook through the candy crush app and I lost all of the progress on my phone. I am changing phones soon so I did not want to start over. I was around level 1154 with a lot of extra boosters I had been saving and now it says I am at level 1. Please help.
