I was charged 10 coins when exiting the game on 2 occasions. You need to install a 2nd click to insure the player wants the extra 5 moves. When trying to touch exit game my fingers and sometimes the mouse will slip and there is no way to cancel. This has happened before but I didn't complain. Thanks has happened 2 times in 2 days so getting tired of loosing my gold bars.

Due to the holidays, they're a little short staffed at the moment. I would highly suggest sending an email through the game. Go the candy crush homepage, go to your settings, scroll down to "Contact Us". There you will have specific options to choose from according to your issue. You'll get a faster response than here in the forum and it's a direct communication with a King Care associate. They'll be able to look into your account as I am unable to do that.
