is anyone having invisibility issues?

if i play on my iphone 5 i am invisible, levels wont sync with facebook on my pc. i cant send or receive lives and have had no help from King

after an update Candy Crush at the moment needs reconnecting to the  Facebook app on yr phone/tablet . Go to your Facebook, and open the app from there, it should sync then. make sure your signed into King as well.
