Got a new phone and transfered data. Lost my progress. Emailed and got the platform. Haven't found how to get progress back.
Doing it that way is always risky with game progress. There are only two ways that I know that are guaranteed and suggested by King, and that's to either connect your game to Facebook or to Kingdom. When your game is actively connected to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you do, when you reconnect to that account in the game again from any device, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
