I can't start candy crush saga, for several months. All my boosters are gone.

Sometimes it will start for a few minutes! The boosters that I earn will disappear immediately. Sometimes I can play without wifi, but then I cannot earn boosters. I cannnot play on my Ipad, but I can on my Iphone. I got a mail from you, that it wil be repaired, but nothing yet.
