Why were 30 of my gold bars taken when the app store couldn't be reached?

I wanted to continue playing Level 2191 because I had only 4 jellies left & each time I tried (3) to continue I got a message saying waiting to reach Apple store but it took 30 of my gold bars {I didn't notice until the last time or I wouldn't have continued to hit the button to continue playing}. Can I get my gold bars back? If Apple store couldn't be reached why were my bars deducted?

Game froze
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
golden bars
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
