I finished Luscious Lagoon, but from the beginning of level 1041 game can not start. I can play on mobile but not on PC. Soda or Jelly Saga dont have any problems though?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
