candy crush saga not advancing to next level

i have completed game 110 but it will not advance to the next, it has been 2 months,,,, it shows 0 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds.. but will not advance ...please advise, i have tried on my laptop, tablet and phone

    i have rebooted numerous times, disconnected and reconnected to king, i am accessing through chrome
