Why is King discriminating against the aged, infirm & disabled with timed levels. People who are disabled often don't have the quickness of mind to be able to look for the bombs, 5 secs etc. The same goes for the aged whose hands might not move quick enough before the countdown finishes.
I agree with you totally. I am 74 & have a bit of Arthritis in my hands. I have just finished Lev 2240 which is the last of 3 timed levels in the latest episode just released. I dread these timed levels as i no longer have the dexterity that i had when i was younger. I have to force myself to hurry & consequently after about 5 minutes i am reaching for the pain killers. Ironically,. it was my Doctor who suggested that i play a Game like Candy Crush to stimulate my grey cells & indeed it did. I just loved the mental challenge of solving a "normal level" . He said "A busy brain is a healthy brain". Oh well, back to my beloved Cryptic Crosswords i am afraid.
