I am having problems linking to my Facebook account. My friends Facebook account is linking to my game and she has never played candy crush so it is going back to level 0. I was on level 700something with tons of saved lives. Please help. I have tried signing out and all the updates and even deleting and then re-downloading the apps. Mandy Mickelson

Try these steps to see if they help. I've seen them posted on the site before:
-Log out of everything, Candy Crush, Facebook etc. Even log out of Facebook in your browser.
- Clear the cache and restart the device.
- Log back into Facebook and your Candy Crush game.
This should restore your game.
