Lost my 3 years progress (level 1300)

Trying to align my game progress with a new facebook profile, I have lost all. I tried to recover my game history using a back up file stored in my Mac, but the game always start from level 1...I was using "loboch" as name and a Panda as avatar image. My IOS user is adriano.corica@infinito.it, please help me to fix it.

Hi Johnny, thank you for your second feedback.I'm happy to know that you were able to recover mi progress, but trying to log with the email address who seems that works, the App on my Iphone and King Web site doesn't recognize this user.I'm sadly starting to be conviced that I lost evrything, so I try for the last time to ask your help...P.S. I was obliged to create a brand new profile on this site, cause unable to reaccess to the first one.Thank youCiao, Adriano

Ads like Temu , Zeekr...are horrible
As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible. Players from Candy Crush are complaining already for months about this issue. Why doesn't Candy Crush solves this problem.., or stops with this ads..They make you click on the ads..for Temu…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.

I wished the candy royal competition was given to me a bit more often. Last time I got it 4-5 days ago and I play this game 3-4 hours daily and I wished for it to appear a bit more often. Thank you
double charges
I have charges that are double what I spent or were credited…they came through once and were paid NOW they are coming back through. I contacted PayPal..they sent me to meta pay ..and they sent me here. I have been charged over 200 for candy crush ..twice over
