This is now the 3rd time it has happened. This time I had 8 gold bars and won an extra one, but instead of showing 9 bars it went back to 2. How do I get them back. They were lost a few days ago, cannot remember exact time or day.

Hi Sylvie, your best bet is to email King Care through the game, go to your settings, click the cog wheel, scroll down to "contact us". There you will have options to choose from for your specific need. They will be able to look into your account to see what went wrong.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
