In app purchase problem

I made an in app purchase on candy crush saga on my iPhone last night 1. my card was charged twice and 2. I received nothing, as per apples instructions to delete and redownload the app and then log into the app on another device I still do not have my purchase. I will send you a screen shot of my bank statement to prove the money was taken twice. Please refund my money. Thanks
