I have signed out and tried to sign back in, still brings up my son. Have uninstalled it and reinstalled and still goes to my son. Have shut down phone and rebooted, same thing. Help, I'm at level 770 and want my game back. Still can play through FB on laptop but want my mobile back.
Hi Teresa, having had the same problem in the past I can understand your frustration.
Usually, when you uninstall a game, it deletes all app data on iphone. I am assuming you are using that as you tagged it. However have you got the Facebook app on your phone? Sometimes for some reason, they interfere with each other.
I see you uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted your phone so I won't suggest you try that.
But make sure you are completely logged out of your candy crush game. Log out on your Facebook app and make sure you are not logged in via safari. Hopefully when you restart your game, it will ask you to log in, in which case, you can log in as you and hopefully it will kick it into action. If it doesn't..log out and then back in a couple more times.
It might be worth waiting a little while though as King have had major candy crush issues today and it "Might" be connected to that. They are waiting for an update to go through.
If it updates and you still can't log in, let us know and either a King mod will see it, or one of us will raise it with them for you
