I was in the 650+region and my game kept crashing on my iPad

I was in the 650 region and my game kept crashing on my iPad. So after restarting my iPad a couple of times, I deleted the game and reloaded (it showed up as coming from the cloud). So upset that when I reopened all of my progress is gone.  Is there any way to get it back?
