Good Morning. After doing an iOS update on one of our Executives iPads, every time I try and open Candy Crush Saga the app just crashes and returns back to the home screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it however all the progress has now been lost. The executive did not use a Facebook account to login so now she is back on level 1 and was originally on level 2003. This has devastated her so I would like to know if there is any way of restoring her progress.
