level 1869 keeps freezn, i try end game and it took 25 gold bars from me,how to get it back

on level 1869 the board keeps freezin on me before i beat it , so i try to end game and then push play on while still froze but then i realize it was takin my gold bars ,i had 39 gold bars now it says i have 14 , if u can check your data it will show im tellin the truth ,i appreciate if i can get reimbursed for your game default i had no reason to spend my gold bars ,, i play this game everyday and i just want my gold bars back and the board fixed please ,,thank you
