after the candy crush fix for crashing I did the update now candy crush does not work again. It randomly crashes.

They are aware of the game unfortunately still crashing after the update. All I can do is to keep in touch with this blog for updates on the fix https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/is-your-game-crashing You can also send an email through the game to see if the tech team has any suggestions because this is the latest we've been updated on the crashing issue. Go to your homepage of the game, click on your settings, click the cog wheel, scroll down to "contact us". There you will have specific options to choose from pertaining to your issue. You should get an actual King associate's answer within 24hrs because first you will get an auto reply. Sorry I couldn't help you with your issue.
